How to Use Clinique Quickliner™ For Eyes Intense:

1. Line eyes on lash line and waterline with Clinique Quickliner™ For Eyes Intense. 
2. If needed, use the smudging tool to blend eyeliner for a more complete makeup look.
3. Allow liner to set for at least a minute to prevent transfer and smudging before moving to the next step in your makeup look.
