The Daily Bake Steel & Wood Bread Lame is used to score and cut marks into dough before you bake it. Using a lame to score dough allows you to control the direction that the dough will expand as it bakes so you can create different patterns and shapes on the surface of your bread for a traditional artisan look. Includes five stainless steel blades and a beechwood handle.
