Designed specifically to accompany the OM-D E-M5 Mark II, this replacement FL-LM3 Flash from Olympus provides a compact, on-camera lighting option for the Micro Four Thirds camera. It is compatible with Olympus' TTL system for automatic exposure control and it has a guide number of 30' at ISO 100 as well as coverage for a 12mm lens, equivalent to 24mm in 35mm format. The unit can also tilt upward 90° and rotate left and right 180° for bounce capabilities and it has a dust and splashproof construction to match the camera body. Wireless control over other flash units is possible through the controls in the camera's menu. Additionally, it runs on-camera power meaning it does not require its own batteries and it is compatible with slow, 1st, and 2nd curtain sync modes.
