Progressive PL8 Professional Mandoline 2.0

Progressive have taken their classic PL8 Professional Mandoline and launched a new and improved version: The Progressive PL8 Professional Mandoline 2.0, exclusive to Kitchen Warehouse. With a number of new features and design improvements, the 2.0 features an improved blade design for smoother cuts and higher precision and a more ergonomic, easy to hold handle. The new model also includes updated dials with additional information included on the mandoline, including a quick reference cutting guide, and more elevated feet. The integrated blade system eliminates the need to switch between loose blades during use. Slice four different thicknesses and choose from julienne, waffle and crinkle cut styles simply by changing the adjustable dial. An extra wide slicing deck, non-slip feet and improved, spring loaded hand guard encourage more ergonomic, stable slicing for ingredients large and small.
