The Promaster 3706 is a replacement, retractable weight hook for any XC-M 522 aluminum or carbon fiber tripod. The 3706 is a replacement hook for the 4021 XC-M 522 Tilting Column Adapter. With the Tilting Column Adapter installed you can add weight to the bottom of the adapter as well as to the bottom of the column. This improves the overall stability of the XC-M522 tripod while also counterbalancing your camera rig.
