Handcrafted in Japan, the Shun Classic Santoku Knife Set includes a 16.5cm santoku knife, a 15cm utility knife and a 8.5cm paring knife and is designed to provide greater control when mincing and chopping herbs, vegetables, fruit, fish and meat. This set is handcrafted in Japan from VG-10 steel for a harder yet lighter blade. The 32 micro layers of Damascus cladding protect the core and enhance stain resistance and the PakkaWood handle provides a comfortable, balanced grip and is moisture resistant. Note The knives are not designed to be used on bone or very thick-skinned vegetables.
