A Nakiri, or vegetable knife, is a practical knife made for slicing, dicing, mincing and chopping vegetables, and this model from Shun truly is an elevated version. Handcrafted in Seki City, Japan, this is an exceptionally sharp knife that features a double bevel blade with a straight edge and spine to guarantee total control, best used with a push cut technique rather than a rocking motion.
